Pocket Heroes - Equipment in-depth guide

There are 8 different types of equipments in game. All in 6 different rarities. Power of item depends on its level and rarity.

1. TYPES

First five types increase one of base hero's stats - attack, armour or health(hp). Capes, necklaces and rings don't have basic stat.
  • Weapons - increase attack power
  • Armors - increase armour
  • Helmets - add health
  • Belts - add health
  • Boots - increase armour
  • Capes - no basic stat
  • Necklaces - no basic stat
  • Rings - no basic stat

2. RARITY:

Sometimes it's better to upgrade low level purple item than buying higher level not upgraded, unless you have enough money to upgrade each new piece of gear you get.
  • White - weakest, has only one basic stat, can't be upgraded, junk, just sell it
  • Green - still weak and has only one basic stat, can be upgraded, not worth though
  • Blue - medium power, worth wearing, can be upgrade, if you have money you can do this, has additional effect depending upon type of equipement
  • Purple(epic) - semi-high power, overally very good items, wear until high levels, has additional stronger effect, upgradeable, low chance to roll them at shop
  • Orange(legendary) - powerful items, upgrading makes them even more deadly, strong additional effect, very low chance of roll them at shop, buy them at mystic hut or try your luck spinning a wheel
  • Red(mythic) - strongest items in game, upgrading massively increase basic stat (like over 2 times basic stat), powerful additional effect,

4. OBTAINING EQUIPMENT
  • farming stages,
  • buying at shop, later you will have enough gold to roll some epic equips, rolling with gems gives you more and stronger items, but it is better to save gems for skills
  • buying at mystic hut with goblin coins, expensive but at least you know what you are paying for
  • spinning the wheel, 5 goblin coins each: bronze ball - blue item, silver ball - purple item, golden ball - legendary item, not worth though imo
  • clearing conquest stages everyday

Let me know if u find mistakes or have additional info. Thanks!

  1. About the goblin coins to equip them - it's really not worth it, until an event starts where the bronze balls are disabled, otherwise you have to be extremely lucky to get good gear from it. :`)

    1. When starts an event (Boss Rush), the wheel lacks the bronze balls (dezactivated) ???

  2. Agree, but by the way, is it possible to get mythic equipment from golden balls? Or legendary is the best option? I haven't spun the wheel too much.

  3. How much additional % gems does the necklace equipment can give at maximum? I got an additional 9% one lately, been seeing a lot of 5% afterwards though. Can some verify if they got 10+% additional gems? Thanks!

  4. I've seen 22% so far, but it was on legendary necklace. Mythic (red) items may have a bit higher value.

  5. the " when attacked, there is a % chance of converting damage of this attack into healing for the hero (added with 21.01.2015 update)" one is a cape, not a necklace.
and you forgot the "when healing there is a % chance of speeding up your own casting rate by 15 seconds (decrease cooldowns)" one
