Pocket Heroes - Cards and their effects

Cards are very useful and make pvp even funnier. With good set of spells they can make insane combo. Anyway you will need to put some effort to obtain them. You can pay for them with gold and gems or win on ladder matchmaking.

Usually you will get a piece of card and 10 pieces unlock that card.
Sometimes you may find full card, which grants 10 pieces.

Number of pieces needed for each level:
lvl 1 - 10pcs
lvl 2 - 15pcs
lvl 3 - 20pcs
lvl 4 - 30pcs
lvl 5 - 40pcs
lvl 6 - 60pcs
lvl 7 - 80pcs
lvl 8 - 100pcs
lvl 9 - 120pcs
lvl 10 - 140pcs
lvl 11 - 160pcs
lvl 12 - 180pcs
lvl 13 - 200pcs
lvl 14 - 220pcs
lvl 15 (max) - 240pcs

How to obtain new cards?
To unlock new cards you have to buy old ones. I.e. after you buy 100 cards you will unlock 2 new cards. Then, you may draw them in packs. To unlock epic cards you have to buy tons of cards, unfortunately cannot say how much exactly.

Below you will find list of cards available for pvp.


COMMON CARDS


MARKSMAN - all attacks or healing will land critical hits for 4s
    • each upgrade extends the duration by 0,4s




MAGNETISM - create a magnetic field to drag nearby enemies towards a chosen hero for 4s. Also reduces their armour by 10%
    • each upgrade extends the duration by 0,25s and decrease armour by additional 1%



ICICLES - grow frozen sharp icicles beneath the feet of your enemy, causes damage (30% power) to any enemies in range and slowing them down by 20% for 5s, a
    •  each upgrade increases card's power by additional 5% and slow down effect by 2%



LIGHTING TOTEM - summons a lighting totem, that will continue to attack until killed, max 3 totems (totems power 8%)
    • each upgrade increases totems power by 1%




EXPLOSIONS - surround your units with an explosive burst of energy, damaging any nearby enemies (power 60%) and knocking them off
    • each upgrade increases card's power by 5%




DECAY - reduce enemies healing ability by 500%  (enemies healing spells do 5x damage instead?) for 0,18s
    • each upgrade extends the duration by 0,3s
    • every 4 upgrades reduction is increased by additional 50%
    •  
       

 BLOOODLUST TOTEM - summons a bloodlust totem for 5s, that will boost your heroes attack rate (atk speed) by 30%
    • each upgrade increases boost by additional 5%
    • 6th upgrade extends the duration by 1s



WINGED SPRITE - summon an elfin to help heal (power 1000%) your hero, lasts 0,1s
    • each upgrade extends the duration by 0,02s





UNCOMMON CARDS


GET CARD - get 1 new card immediately and there is a 30% chance of getting bonus card
    • each upgrade increases chance of getting bonus card by 10%
    • when you reach 100% chance (8th upgrade), each upgrade will give a 10% chance of getting 2nd bonus card


CHAMPIONS - summon a team of champions to deal damage to your enemies (power 15%) and knock them down for 2s
    • each upgrade increases card's power by 1% and extends knocking down effect by 0,25s



VINES - summon 3 deadly vines, which will strike 3 random enemies, reducing their HP by 15%, cannot strike 1 target several times

    • each upgrade increases reduction by additional 2%


  


WIND SHIELD - create a wind shield around chosen ally for 4s, which will repel nearby enemies
    • each upgrade extends the duration by 0,25s




CYCLOPS - summon the Morocyclop (power 10%), that will continue to attack until killed, max 1 Morocyclop at time
    • each upgrade increases card's power by 2%





REVIVAL - make your heroes immune to all crowd control effects for 5s
    • each upgrade extends the duration by 0,3s

 


RARE CARDS


BEHEADING - cause damage to an enemy(80% power), if enemy has less than 20% HP dispatches him instead.
    • each upgrade increases card's power by 5% and limit of enemies HP to dispatch by 1%



DISABLE OPPONENT - your opponent cannot play cards for 5s
    • each upgrade extends the duration by 0,25s




SILENCE - enemy heroes cannot use their skills for 5s
    • each upgrade extends the duration by 0,25s




PIRANHA PLANT - imprison chosen enemy with a man-eating plant for 3s, he cannot move and attack, but also cannot be attacked (personal note: most useless card in game - and it is rare card?)
    • each upgrade extends the duration by 0,25s





EPIC CARDS


DECEPTION - opponent loses 1 card, there is a 15% chance of making him lose all his cards
    • each upgrade increase the chance by 2%




STEAL CARD - steal random card from your opponent, there is a 10% chance of getting bonus card
    • each upgrade increases the chance by 5%

  1. i have question about cards and spells . like card CHAMPIONS -11 lvl-1 15% dmg from what ? how much dmg is this

  2. I am also trying to figure it out, but since am limited to 5 fights per day, can't calculate too much.
    I assume that %damage isn't based on your stats. They have made it to compare damage of each card, i.e lvl 1 explosion has 60% damage factor and lvl 1 champions has 15%, it means that explosion will do 4 times more damage.
    Can't say more about it now.

  3. is super hard to be calculated like is there magic resist or pure dmg here or all spells and aoe stuff are reduced by armor O.o the DH games give us so less information

  5. So does that mean all the cards you can get is predetermined? Seems like everyone starts out with Marksman, Icicle, get card, and beheading. (2 common, 1 uncommon, 1 rare.) Then it seems like the only cards I can get are magnetism and lightning totem, and after that you unlock something else.. If the next cards you can get is already predetermined then I think there could be guide listing the actual order of the cards you get them from.
